To use the hotel's free shuttle, please make a reservation before boarding the ferry at Ishigaki Ferry Terminal or Iriomote Island or Kohamajima Island. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

The free shuttle is available from 09:00 and 11:30, and from 13:30 to 17:30.

Guests without a meal plan who want to eat breakfast and dinner at the hotel must make a reservation at least 1 day in advance.

In order to arrange the room assignment, guests are kindly requested to indicate the gender of each guest staying in the room in the Special Requests box when booking. Rooms are only separated from each other by sliding doors.

Taketomi Island can be reached by public ferry from Ishigaki Island.

Taketomi Port is about a 15-minute ferry ride from Ishigaki Port. It is available every 30-minutes between 07:30-18:00. Operated by Anei Kanko, Dream Kanko Tour and Yaeyama Kanko Ferry Company.
