The staff was very friendly. It was nice to have a room downstairs to chill out or prepare food.
Owners were very friendly and helpful, room was spacious and clean. Easy to get to from Hotarujaya station.
The hosts were super nice! The dining room was nice, it even had a nice jingle playing. It has a very picturesque entrance, almost like entering a house from a fairytale.
The tatami floor and futon are delightful! The whole property is uniquely Japanese and a wonderful experience. The room was very comfortable. The common area was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The streetcar is a short walk away and goes all over the city.
The place is cozy, comfortable and relaxing. The hosts are very nice people and do everything they can to ease customers life!
