Close to everything. A lots of places to eat, and food and prices were much better than in Tokyo or Kyoto.
Great customer service. The food for breakfast is amazing. Great local choices. Location is very accesible. It has a bus stop on the next block. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds and pillow. They have parking which is convenient.
1)Shuttle bus to and fro hotel from airport and mall.
2) 7-11 store on site.
3) Really appreciate having the waiting area
on site where I can rest and have a snack while waiting for shuttle bus after checking out.

Location was central to all the attractions. Breakfast option was good. Staff were helpful and great. Facility is clean and modern.
The customer service at Nest Naha Hotel was wonderful. The location was perfect, and the hotel was very clean. My only complaint is that the room was too small for two adults and two children. When I booked, I specified that it was for four people. If you’re staying at the hotel just for a short time and spending most of your time exploring Okinawa, it’s perfect.
