The apartment was so spacious. It had a washer/dryer combo, which we appreciated. Being able to wash our clothes in the middle of our trip enabled us to travel for two weeks in Japan with only a carry-on! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Loved the deep bathtub too! Staff was very supportive and accommodating. They brought us an iron & ironing board to use during our stay as well as water bottles daily if requested. Received a great recommendation for Ramen too!

R&Run's location was excellent. Walking distance to main attractions, train stations, and dining options. The accommodations were perfect for our family of five. Having two complete bathrooms was an absolute bonus. The dining area was ideal for relaxing and recapping our daily experiences. The staff was very accommodating in assisting with luggage transport, taxi arrangements, and housekeeping requests.

We loved staying at this place. The pre-arrival communication was smooth from the time of booking to immediately prior to arrival - their responses were prompt and helpful. We arrived during the reception hours, so we checked in at the reception in person and were shown to our rooms. The unit was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the location is great - very close to Nishiki Market. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was handy because we were there during 95F weather.

Property was very clean. Staff were very nice and friendly. Overall everyone there was great. Staff would bring extra towels and laundry detergent for us.

We loved the location, a short walk from the market and train station. We had a group of 6 and had three rooms, which was great for spacing out.
