The rooms where just amazing, we loved the location too
The facilities is very clean and the staff are super friendly they giving sweets treat for kids very generous
Staff was accommodating and they did a great job. The location for the price is quite good value...near Kyoto station had plenty of combinis nearby and some great shopping and easy access to food. Kyoto station is huge so sort of on the far west end plus some, but with a stroller the young kids didn't mind. The rooms were very large and the kids loved the tatami area. Comfortable for us and our luggage and stoller. Very quiet could barely tell there were other tenants. Also great access to water and ice any time, and the amenities provided (and large bathrooms) are awesome.
Beautiful, beautiful property with big, comfortable, quiet and lovely rooms.
The staff is the friendliest and nicest too!
There is nothing negative to say, every other place we stayed in after this just paled in comparison.

The hotel is very close walking distance from kyoto station there are convinience store near the unit. The hotel is very clean very spacious we are a group of 3 but the room could probably fit 5 people. The hotel has everything you need, very clean and highly recommendable will surely stay here again next time we visit kyoto.
