Great stay in Kyoto. Excellent location, minutes away from Kyoto station. Provided all the things you need from PJs, toothbrush to hairbrush. Staff are friendly and helpful. I did not use the restaurant or public bath but they both look great. Rooms spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable

Location is very good and convenience. Great breakfast and public bath! Kept our luggage before check in and check out, making our Kyoto trip much easier and valuable. We could continue our exploration in Kyoto after check out without worrying our luggages.

I really enjoyed the hospitality. The staff, front desk, cleaning crew and those working in the restaurant were amazing. They were very kind and understanding. When I asked to speak to a female staff member, they didn't ask me why. Instead, they went and grabbed a female staff member for me. Those who worked at the restaurant were also fun. I enjoyed speaking with them with the little bit of Japanese I knew. They also didn't seem to mind when I tried teaching them a little bit of Spanish. I am Spanish American, so it was fun to know that some of the staff were interested in my culture. I also really enjoyed the bathhouse. It was my first time using it.
