Beautiful traditional architectural features with a modern fitout.
Well decorated. Large apartment. Two toilet rooms. Efficient air-conditioning.
Check-in was no problem. Pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. Great location, great value.
It is very beautiful, very clean, very modern but at the same time absolutely traditionally Japanese, shoji screens, tatami mats etc.. They obviously put a lot of money into this place. One room has a beautiful kimono on display in an alcove.
Also, it’s in a very convenient location with regard to the waterfront and a main covered shopping street. The neighborhood is full of interesting little restaurants, and is a pleasant 20 min stroll from the train station. We needed help finding it but afterwards we really appreciated it and its location.
The design was amazing. Really gives the feeling of an authentic Japanese house. Owner was very gracious and welcoming.
The apartment had everything we needed.
