The location is pretty excellent. It's right on the park. There is a nice coffee stand in the park that is open early - which is really unusual in Sapporo, so that's worth a lot if you like good coffee-snob-level coffee before 10am. There are also good restaurants nearby. The staff was extremely professional. The breakfast is kind of a standard Japanese breakfast buffet, but they also had a few pastries and coffee (many hotel breakfasts only have tea). It's worth having because there aren't many restaurants in Japan that are open for breakfast, so eating a hotel breakfast is kind of your only option in most neighborhoods.
Room was great, on the 6th floor with a gorgeous view. The staff was amazing, such perfect service, very caring and accommodating. Breakfast was great, freshly cooked scallops were so juicy and the berry chocolate cake desert was amazing. Our youngest refused to eat anything, and the steward kindly made mac and cheese (microwavable that we brought with us), he was worried if he did it correctly and I felt extremely touched.
Very good buffet- hotel is located away from the hustle/ bustle of the entertainment district.
Fantastic staff, location, and facilities. The park is right there and gorgeous. The subway station exit 3 can't get any more convenient. We walked a lot of places too. Beds were comfy and room was very quiet.
I like the location of the hotel, it was perfect for seeing the cherry blossoms blossom. The staff was very friendly and patient with us trying to communicate using Google translate. It's a short subway ride or walk to downtown Sapporo as well.
