Convenient to public transportation and staff was helpful. Good first hotel for trip. Close to several restaurants and 7/11
Train and subway, convenience store, and major department store (Kintetsu) steps away from the hotel. Rooms recently renovated. Direct Kansai Airport limousine bus service to and from airport/hotel.

The location is excellent. 2 subway stations- tanimachi 9 chome and osaka-uehomachi just near to hotel and can reached under shelter or underpass. Lots of eateries and supermarkets as well as convenience stores around. Hotel cleanliness was good. Got the no daily cleaning rate but hskp will still clean the room after 3 days and it was a good rate and option for me as i usually dont need daily cleaning. Staff are nice too and automatically pulled out my luggages that i had sent over from nagoya, to me, when i check in even before i asked.
Airport lomousine just at hotel's doorstep and ticket can be easily purchased at boarding point.
