Helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Nice cafe.
Located 5 min walk from Shin Yokohama station, shopping mall and convenience store.
Staff hed bags after checkout, booked or taxi and made sure the driver understood our destination.
Would recommend.
Location just next to Shin Yokohama station and from the side entrance you have access to lots of restaurants and drugstore/ skincare shop for souvenirs
For a one-night stay, I can't think of any improvements that could have been made. Everything needed was provided, and the location is a 2-minute walk to the Shinkansen station. The room is small by Western standards but I expected this so it was just fine.
Clean, tidy, comfortable place, with everything that is needed for a tired tourist! We were the family of 4- thanks to the administration to provide additional beds
The hotel staff were helpful and accommodating. The location of the hotel was right next to the train station which made it easy to get around Yokohama.
