Know Before You Go

• One child 6 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Self parking fee: JPY 1000 per day (in/out privileges)
• Extended parking fee: JPY 1000 per day
• Early check-in fee: JPY 1000 (subject to availability)
• Late check-in fee: JPY 1000 for check-in between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM
• Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability, amount varies)
• Housekeeping fee: JPY 1000 per stay

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Deposit: JPY 30000 per night
• Cleaning deposit: JPY 1000 per night
• A city tax will be collected at the property effective April 1st, 2019. The city tax ranges from JPY 200-500 per person, per night based on the nightly room rate. Please note that further exemptions may apply.
• Cleaning fee: JPY 1000.0 per room, per stay
