location is super accessible. just a few minutes walk to hakata station and 1 bus from tenjin. lawson and 7-eleven nearby.
Good value. There's a nice curry restaurant and a convenience store downstairs, and many supermarkets around the corner. In-house washing machine. The property felt fairly clean overall (e.g. laundry drying rod).
It was an excellent stay. Fully furnished. Everything you wanted is here. I just take chances with its non refundable scheme. It was worth the risk. I love the place. There's a bus you can take from JR station which will shorten the walk. Highly recommended.
Close to bus stop, good shelving to put items on, comfortable beds, plenty of coat hangers.
The place had a lot to offer. We had everything we needed. Restaurants and convenience stores are nearby.
