This was a great hotel. The location was great - it's on the same block as an entrance to the metro, walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and only a few blocks from Odori Park. The room was spacious by Japanese standards, and had a comfortable built in seat, spacious shower, and was dark and quiet at night. The coin laundry availability could be checked on the room TV, which was very convenient.
I particularly enjoyed the public baths, which included both indoor and outdoor baths and had instructions in English with pictures for first time users.
The location is excellent and the train station is very close. The airport bus is about a five minute walk. The staff was always understanding. The room was very comfortable, there is a small sofa and you can adjust the lighting, which made it feel cozy.
Very professional staff, the property was spotless and pristine, and the location was perfect for getting around the city and enjoying the Snow Festival.
Especially noteworthy is the bathhouse at this property. The facilities were EXCELLENT and I enjoyed them every single night. The outdoor part on the rooftop was certainly an enjoyable experience.

The location was great and the views of Sapporo were beautiful. The room was small but comfortable, and the amenities were great. I loved the tea selection at the lobby.
Their breakfast was AMAZING. One of the best. Its really easy access from airport and easy to find. I love their amenities too
