We loved the refurbished room and the fresh scent throughout the hotel. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and having access to a washing room was very helpful during our 5-day stay. It was also a nice touch that ice cubes were available in a designated area, especially in the hot days.
The location is great — easy to reach by metro and surrounded by several convenience stores, which was very handy for our family.
The hotel is in a good location, it's a bit further away from all of the major tourist attractions but it's well connected. The staff of the hotel is friendly and will help you out with everything you need. The hotel breakfast is tasty and has enough options to choose from.
The hotel probably is closer to a five star rating in my opinion. The staff were exceptional, the Breakfast outstanding with so much on offer and the onsen was a great experience, nice and clean.
