Laundry was in the room and free. Breakfast was a large buffet. Very near the bus station and various attractions.

Very good location, good breakfast and very comfortable and it had a washing machine in the unit.

The location is convenient, with the main attractions nearby, and the train station is a 20-minute walk away. The room is bright and spacious, offering a beautiful view of Kanazawa Castle Park and the surrounding mountains. The breakfast is delicious, although a little unusual for Europeans.

What a fantastic hotel! A true gem. Practical yet charming. The rooms were very comfortable. Washer/dryer in the room is a game changer - especially in the summer! Great location- steps from Omiya shrine bus stop. But what really sets Tokyu Stay apart is the FABULOUS staff. Everyone from the front desk, breakfast and housekeeping were so warm, kind and friendly. Starting from the message chats months before checkin to checkout - they were beyond helpful and accommodating. The breakfast spread was so varied and tasty! Kudos to the head chef - maybe the kind older gentleman who often helped at the window? There was pasta, pastries, Asian dishes and salads. All delicious and well thought out. And we've been to MANY breastfed buffets- from StRegis to Holiday Inns! So happy we got to experience lovely Kanazawa while staying at this gem!
