The staff is helpful. Some of them may not very good at English but they are trying to communicate with me. They even lended me a phone charger because my plug can not fit the typical Japanese electric port.
Good distance to the airport. Airport shuttle available. Short distance from the train station in a cab. Hidden way back in the alley.
