Breakfast is yummy and enough. Location is 10mins away from train station 15mins away from Kinosaki. Clean.

We did not book breakfast but on check in they gave us a snack or drink for free which is really great as other places don't really do that. The room was spacious for 2 people, there are slippers, robes, towels, bathroom amenities. The cost per room was great value compared to Kinosaki Onsen nearby. In future I would stay here and train to Kinosaki Onsen for the sights/bathhouses.

Excellent location: very short walk to Toyooka station, 2 minute walk (if that) to Family Mart, Lawson and Starbucks. Staff were so lovely and friendly and spoke English well, looked after our luggage before check in. Even looked up train timetables for us. Complimentary beverage (including alcohol) / snack every evening was also lovely!! And set breakfast was decent, not vegetarian but enough rice/egg/salad to make do for me. Very clean, affordable and simple hotel, had everything we needed and wifi was nice and fast. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Kinosakionsen town!

I was visiting a local Rugby Camp and decided to stay over rather than travel home and return again the next day. I was able to park my car in the hotel grounds. It is in a convenient and quiet area.
