The rooms were big, breakfast was good and they had free sake and ice cream in the hotel lobby. It is near bus and metro stations.

Location was very convenient for myself and 3 children. Clean, spacious enough for our needs, comfortable. Really appreciated and enjoyed the onsen availability and use. I wish we had stayed longer! I left my phone charger and the staff was very responsive and helpful in figuring out how to get it back (to Tokyo). The delivery system is mostly in Japanese so it was difficult for me to translate. I had to ask someone for help to fill out the appropriate forms but this is an entirely separate business from the hotel.

The complimentary sake tasting with Japanese pickles was fun, everyday after 3P. My kids loved the complimentary mango fruit pop after 3P especially after a long summer day adventuring around in the 90F+ heat. Complimentary water in the room was great with a bag of matcha. Beds & pillows were comfy.

The location was nice since it’s super close to the train station. Walking distance from the mall. The room was spacious, beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was very nicely put together but we are not used to eating sushi and beef for breakfast, so we didn’t love that part unfortunately. The hotel has its own onsen which was nice. We could use it from 8pm to 10 am next day. They provide free sake of different flavors from 3 pm to midnight which was also super nice. There was also free ice cream that I believe you could grab starting from the time you check in until check out. The staff was very nice and helpful.
