The staff were very helpful and kind. The kitchen was well stocked with food that we were free to eat. There were snacks for us in our room. The tatami mats were brand new and the bedding fresh and comfy.

This place is only five minutes from the bus center, near the convenience store, and about ten minutes away from the onsen. They gave clear, easy instructions for check in/check out process and were friendly in their messages. I didn’t realize it before booking, but they also had food available such as microwaveable rice and curry, bread, yogurt, tea or coffee, which was a nice surprise! They also have handmade guidebooks for the area and restaurant recommendations!

Attention to details by providing the information travelers need such as restaurants, sights etc. It also provides free ingredients for breakfast.

Totally self service, which we really enjoyed. Spacious room even for 3 men. Expected more shared space/amenities, but overall a great stay. Really appreciated the free curry, cereal, etc. Such a beautiful area!
