- Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
- The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
Hotel spring spa tax is JPY 300.00.
There is no train station around, the guests can arrive only by a bus or a rental car.
If guests plan to arrive after 06:00 PM, they should call the hotel in advance. Contact informarion is provided in the booking confirmation.
A free shuttle from JR Shirahama Station is available once a day, but reservations are required. Guests are asked to make a reservation by calling the hotel the day before. The pick-up from Shirahama Station departs at 01:00 PM, and drop-off from the hotel departs at 10:30 AM.
The curfew for each building is 12:00 AM. Rooms will be unlocked at 06:00 AM, but the front desk opens at 07:00 AM.
