Very good location, clean and the staff are friendly.
Good location but a bit of a walk from Osaka Namba station
The location is very good, near bus shuttle to KIX airport, clean and so nice
Great location, walking distance to Dontonbori . Near Buses .
Location location location. The hotel at 5 min walk from dotonbori where you can saay everything happens. But the hotel is in a quiet zone so you can also enjoy a quiet night of resting. Also, you are 12 min from the nearest station (kintetsy'nipponbashi) and about 15-17 min from osaka namba station.
Also the personal was really nice and polite, they help us to sent our luggage to kanazawa.
