We found this guesthouse by chance on Booking.com and it completely exceeded our expectations. The facilities were so clean, the staff were incredibly friendly, breakfast was simple but delicious, and the location was very peaceful. The food served at the in-house restaurant is delicious and they happily accommodated our vegetarian diet. We happened to stay right around peak bloom for cherry blossoms and were excited when we realized that there were tons of cherry blossom trees only ~10 minutes walking from the guesthouse! Note that the location is suburban, so it is quiet - but we loved how peaceful it was, a welcome change from crowded and noisy city life. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay that is still relatively connected to Tokyo!
