The staff. They were really kind helpful. They always go extra miles try to help the guests.
I love the staff, the hotel dark and peaceful theme, the onsen every night, the amenities provided, location is very convenient from Kyoto station and main markets, also from main shrines while conserving authentic rural Japan. Excelent price for the quality.
