Communication with the onwer was great! She responded to my messages within minutes! Great location close to the train station, if you are visiting Utsunomiya without a car and are here for sightseeing, I strongly recommend stay near the train station. Side note, you can buy a one day discounted sightseeing pass at the tourist information counter in train station for ¥2,000, cash only. All the guests were respectful and quiet during my 2 night stay. Someone in the review had mentioned there is a love hotel nearby, I was a bit concerned, but lemme tell you I walked by there at night, if you didn’t know it was a love hotel you would have no way to tell. It’s very quiet and looks just like a normal hotel, I feel very safe here as a solo female traveler. 100% recommend.

There is no staff in the facility; however, there are instructions which explain very clear and specific. Very clean and very close to Utsunomina station (7 mins by walk). There are free coffee, teas, and face pack (you can use in the morning and evening!) If you would like to save more money, you can bring own towels and pajamas (can save 200 yen each night!) Also, you can leave your luggages even after you check-out. The storage was very helpful since I wanted to go shopping until my train departure time (the storage is outside of the facility. So don't use if you afraid of stealing. I used it and my bag was still there!)

Clean, close to the station, good price, amenities needed were prepared, there is storage to keep your belongings , the mirror lights were cute too

Its near to the Utsunomiya station, provided with a quite detailed map for u to go to the location. Beware that u need to walk out from the station and look on ur right to find the correct elevator to go down the street. I was surprised with the mirror with light for ladies to do make up. I woke up super early to catch train to Nikko, and i able to do some make up at my tiny room with nice mirror and lights on. Also, there is make up remover in the bathroom, nice~ basically u can find most of the necessities in this guest house but only towel that u need to bring urself or rent from them.
