It's cosy and comfortable with necessary amenities. Also, it's conveniently located to the metro train station and convenient stores.
Good that there's washing machine and dryer, which makes our stay more comfortable.
Close to subway station in a quite side of Shinjuku. Excellent and clearly written check-in guide (booklet). Staff went a extra mile to help us store our luggage (the usual storage box is full) after check out and kept us updated on our luggage, really appreciate that additional feature.
