waiter did not know how to make cocktails in cocktail bar
This was a beautiful hotel, all the amenities were brilliant with the hotel. Beautiful location, easy walking distance to anything you need and a quick drive into the city. The parking is perfect although a little sketchy if you have a larger car, it was worth driving with parking only being $10 a day, extremely cheap in comparison to others on the gold coast.
The sink in our room did not drain properly. After our room was cleaned and the towels were taken they were nor replaced and upon calling the towels took approximately an hour to arrive.
Location was suitable for all Gold Coast locations. The spa treatments at hotel, and the restaurants are fab.
1. Carpark Lift not working and having to lug my luggage up flights of stairs
2. In room phones out, and having to use personal phone to dial amenities. Wait for food and service very long
3. Being overcharged $18 for in room movie, when I purchased a movie pack for $35 that included a movie
4. Pool amenities out of order. Hotel never conveyed this at time of booking
5. I had to request room attendant to service my room at 3.00p.m as it had been ignored
