Good location, staff is extremely nice however during check in, I was almost charged 21% tax which, as a foreigner paying by card, you’re exempt from so be careful and ask your questions. The room was comfortable and the cleaning was exemplary, I have to say. The mini fridge didn’t work though. Breakfast left something to be desired, but they did prepare a bit of GF bread for me every morning. Other than that, and the eggs, not many options (no salads, etc.), a bit of fruit that they run out of quickly. Staff, once again, extremely pleasant. Overall, satisfied, but I still think it’s a bit overpriced.

Great location. The park across the street is lovely with lots of shade and peaceful spots to relax. Several points of interest within walking distance. The included breakfast is good enough.

We loved the location and the view. The window of the hotel room overlooked the park and lovely old buildings of the Recoleta district. The National Art Gallery is in the neighbourhood and there are a few more lovely parks. The means are served with perfect profesionalism. The staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed staying at Bisonte Libertad.

# politeness and courtesy of staff # super helpful bell boy # generally a bit of a run-down 4(?)-star hotel, but personnel really do try hard and are very kind # the view from our spacious room: above the trees and a lovely BA skyline # location, location, LOCATION! # extremely comfortable bed and mattress # breakfast was alright, cutlery and crockery not the cleanest,... but sometimes better fruit options, sometimes fewer choices (depending on ???)
