Breakfast was very good. All the required food was available.

The hotel and staff excided my expectations. My dad was the one who stayed second time at a hotel. Especialy Raya is awesome, she helped my dad to cal to US embassy, since my dad wasnt able to understand English. He loved the food, service, room, the outhdor area. They treat my dad as family with high respect. We will visit back.

Hospitality. Structuring the programme according to the budget. Going out of their way catering to the needs. It's a different type of property. Suited to all types of people provided one is open minded and not elite in their head!. It's a good place to meet people of different cultures.

My son and I had a wonderful experience staying at JR's House Hotel during our recent trip. The hotel is affordable and offers great value for money, with a delicious breakfast and exceptional customer service. Although it’s a bit far from the main tourist spots in the city, it’s still one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The place is very clean, and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. A special shoutout to Zeena, Ashok, Narineh, and the lovely lady in the kitchen (I wish I knew her name!) for making our stay so pleasant. I highly recommend JR's House Hotel, especially for families looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

One of the Cheapest accommodation in Town. The staffs are friendly. The guesthouse is big and clean. I stayed in basement room. Unfortunately, the room is big yet no AC and weak to zero connection of Wi-Fi. I was even struggling with my mobile data signal. The room was still ok though since it is winter but it could be so hot at summer times. The bathroom has basic need as same in hotel and they have hot&cold shower which is really helpful to traveler. Bed is comfy. Breakfast is so basic nothing special just enough to satisfy your hunger. Location is walking distance to cascade complex and city center 20-30 minutes.
