Fantastic stay! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Yerevan with easy access to shops and restaurants. The room and facilities were spotless. The only small downside was that lunch and dinner aren't available on-site, but with so many dining options nearby, it wasn’t a major issue. Highly recommend!
Our stay in North Avenue was one of the best experiences so far. One can't complain about anything. Although it is a central place, the sound isolation was amazing. The view was breathtaking. The best cafes and restaurants are all around. The hotel was sparkling clean. The beds are comfy and clean. The check-in and out was easy and smooth.
I would like to mention the stuff attentiveness. ALISA and DAVID , special thanks to you!!! We will definitely come back here for the next time.

It was perfect, i stayed 10 nights and every thing was awesome starting from best location to the friendly staff such as Elisa at front disk, lily the manager and other who always great you.

The location is amazing. We loved walking around and it’s very near to restaurants, groceries and even souvenir shop. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good too. We only stayed for one night, we should have stayed longer!
