This hotel is inside a historical building and at the most happening part of the city. The service was exceptional, and I would like to thank Mariam & Davith all the assistance. Also, they have the rent a car company at the front desk which is like a cherry on top. Also, they have water jet in the washroom for the WC which is exceptional making this property friendly for all the culture. Thank you, guys.

Very nice location, right in the city center. Great place for budgetary stay in the city center. Bed sheets, pillows all good, new. Bathroom facilities are as well good. Everything is comfortable
The location is walking distance from Republic Square, Cascade, Armenian National Opera and Ballet Theatre, Restaurants, and Groceries.
Located in the Middle of Yerevan, Easy to get around from the hotel.
