We liked the spa centre of the hotel as well as the room and facilities of the apartment. Food in the hotel was very tasty.

Great option in Ivan Rilski apartment complex; studio with all amenities for a short/medium stay, underground parking, full access to all hotel SPA facilities. Easy keys pick-up and drop-off at the reception. Kept in touch with the host and was very helpful.

An overall great experience. The room is big enough to accommodate 2 adults and a child, there is a nice kitchen with all needed appliances and a balcony big enough to have breakfast there. Also, we had plenty of towels, robes, slippers and so on. And on top of all that, the hotel spa was extraordinary. In terms of location, the complex is about 10 minutes walking distance from the gondola. The area around it is a bit poor in terms of restaurants, shops and so on, but then again it's not crowded, not many cars, a good place for a "walk around the block". The host was very fast with replying to our messages and we appreciated the restaurant suggestion.

Quiet, clean, probably best value for money, minding the spa, indoor/outdoor pool, food and drinks discounts, kids playground, underground parking, etc.

The appartment was small for 4 persons, but it was clean and comfortable enough. What really made the difference were the facilities (free access to spa, welness, swimming pool, free private parking and views on the mountains): just amazing!
