The hotel is located in an old building in the very center of Potosi near markets, tourist attractions, etc. My room was good, with free heating, facing the road but quiet at night. The Internet was very good.

Great location, across the street from the Mint and half a block from main plaza. located on a busy street but quiet. The room was big, hot water in shower. Good, standard breakfast. The stuff sells tickets for a bus to Sucre for a small commission (do have in mind that protests and road blocks are quite popular in Bolivia-check if your bus will actually leave on the given day-we wasted the whole day in order to get to Sucre because of a road block - first the bus company told us the bus will be 2 hours late then they told us that their buses will not run at all and we had to switch to another company’s bus).
