the hotel is undergoing a process of modernisation, this time I had a modernised room which was quiet an pleasant (though some drilling nearby started in the morning); breakfast has to be paid extra and is plenty; Brasilia is not touristy, so this is a business hotel (next to lots of other more modern hotels); this is a budget choice and serves perfectly well
