Wonderful location, super kind staff, great breakfast. Very clean and spacious. Excellent hot water shower with great water pressure. Very clean and a late check out was possible.
Great location not too far from the lake and near many restaurants. When we arrived early and checked out, they allowed us to use their toilet to wash up and change on the first floor. We could also leave our bags and stay late on the first floor while waiting for our sleeper bus to pick us up
Just a short walk from the bus station, and an easy 10 min walk into Sapa center. The Cherry Hotel was clean, staff friendly & helpful and the breakfast choices were great.
Very nice host family, very helpful with local organization!
Accommodating, staff are polite and very attentive. My clients forget her Selfie sticks... The staff are brought to other hotels.
