The location is great near sapa station, the facilities are complete (hot water, drinks, towel, bodywash, shampoo, hairdryer) and the staff is really friendly. They allowed us to drop our luggage at the hotel before check in time, so we could go to cat cat village at the morning
we really enjoyed our stay here. all the staff and facilities where amazing. we also had massages during our stay which where great and so relaxing. the location was good too, right in the centre so lots of things to see and do!
The location was perfect, and once again the staff were incredibly helpful, arranging transport was super easy thanks to them.

Big room size, Clean, and with balcony. For a very affordable price.
It was a great stay. It was exactly what I needed after a very muddy trek in Sapa. The bonus of having the spa on the first floor was that I could have a foot massage before bed, which which was quite the treat.
Great location, right in the middle of Sapa. Cant really fault my stay.
