Location of hotel was near to Ben thanh as well as near to Pho Vietnam eatery. Also staff communication was top notch pre hotel stay - very responsive to enquiries about room type and check in timings. Also during check in , staff communicate well on the free meals . Also as I was checking out , staff communicated well with the security guard outside to help with my luggage. All in all a v seamless experience. the jacuzzi spa inside the room was powerful hence relaxing. Free toast with eggs breakfast delivered to room was great as I did not have time to go out get street food in the morning.

Beautiful themed room. Room is full of modern technology eg wireless charging stand. Good location with food and cafes nearby.

The guard and the staff are very attentive and dedicated. The space is very clean and fragrant. Everything is finely tuned to every detail. Your support staff is very enthusiastic and cute. Will come back and recommend to friends to experience.
