The property was way better than i expected, we got the free upgrade and the room was big and comfortable, there was no issues with any bathroom facilities, the tub was big, water was hot. Breakfast was also very good.
BREAKFAST SPREAD WAS DECENT BUT THE FOODS ARE COLD AS THERE ARE NO WARMERS.
THE HOTEL SPA WAS AWESOME ...
Location is ideal if you are interested in history aspect of Vietnam and shopping. Just short ride to public market and good restaurants are just walking distance. It is within the tourist busy areas but a bit further outside from the usual noisy areas which is really good. Breakfast is very good, buffet of mostly Vietnam food selections including an omelette section and the hot soup can be ordered. The best feature of this hotel is their SPA which is free for all guests. I will stay in this hotel again when I visit HCM city
Pamela at the front desk was great. She helped with laundry and a number of local recommendations.
The breakfast was good with a selection of Asian and Western foods. There was an Egg Station for freshly made eggs or omelettes.
