It was well-organized and felt very safe. The room was clean and cool, and the host was friendly and enthusiastic
The host is enthusiastic and offers motorbike rental as well as full-package support for the Ha Giang trip. I was very satisfied and will definitely come back next time.
The staff were very friendly, kind, helpful, and attentive. They gave me various suggestions for the Ha Giang tour, which were truly valuable.
We arrived on our own motorbikes and asked the host if he could give us some tips on the best spots along the Ha Giang loop. He sat down with us, pulled up Google Maps on the TV screen, and walked us through the best route options. He really took his time and put in a lot of effort, which we truly appreciated. They also cooked us a meal and showed a few of us where we could order food.
The bed was comfortable. It was quiet but close to the city center. The staff were very enthusiastic and arranged transportation for us to Hanoi. The breakfast was simple but very delicious.
