Super clean, big rooms! Superb host and stuff! Was really pleasant and homely. Exceptional!

The service was exceptional. Our driver Tien and guide Minh were the best.

Staff were very helpful and conciderate, they even gave me a free T/shirt and a large bottle of water for my onward journey.

We stayed here the night before doing the Ha Giang loop, where we set off with Dau and his team for three days and two nights motorcycle trip. Dau coordinated this with meticulous planning he stopped at least every 45 minutes, made sure that we had refreshments and food. When we arrived at our lodging, he checked us in , came to our rooms with us made sure the rooms were to our satisfaction, he and his team managed our food in the evenings, and left us with nothing at all to desire. They even provided us with happy water which we enjoyed with our meals. This was an amazing experience and I will be recommending it to all my friends. Thank you to the Ha Giang hostel , Dau and his team for a life-changing experience. . The hostel is only seven months old and it is very well run by Viet who coordinated the planning of this trip. Everything is fresh and new, well designed, nicest dorm rooms I have ever seen and the private room that we had was perfect. Delicious breakfast included.
