I arrived at 12:00 with complimentary early check in and upgrade to the next catalog of room.
Friendly and supportive reception.
Surprised by the Birthday arrangement on the next day during breakfast time.
We stayed for only 1 night but the staff was amazingly nice and accomedating. They cared for all of our needs during our short stay and did so with a smile and willingness. Location was amazing, only downside about it was the nightclub closeby but it wasn't a disturbance to us and the hotel provides earplugs for it.
Spacious room with nice facilities and a good breakfast
Emma, Tina and all other staff members were very welcoming. The room is comfortable with AC and a mini fridge, a bathtub is on a smaller side but a shower has a very good pressure. It's in the weekend's pedestrian only zone, so it's great if you like going out for drinks but also can get a bit noisy late night.
