Alba Spa was excellent. Perfect location being close to the centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Huyen! I would definitely recommend Alba Spa Hotel
Staff were fantastic and very accommodating. We arrived at 10am and they were able to get our room ready much earlier than check in which we appreciated! Breakfast buffet was great, spa services were fantastic.
The hotel is in a great location, very friendly and helpful staff. The bedroom was a good size and very clean. It was fun having access to the jacuzzi as it was most welcome after a day of exploring. The breakfast was the best with so much on offer so definitely make sure you leave time to eat it!
We arrived at the hotel way earlier than check in time, but the hotel staff was kind enough to send me a text when the rooms were ready. My wife tried SPA treatment which was also a great experience for her. The room was in good size, clean and all facilities well maintained. Overall, a great value for money and good location to hang around.
The staff were exceptional and helped us book a night bus. Rooms were cosy and dry and the bed was great.
