It was good price and perfect for just spending the night

The facilities were clean and the staff are very accommodating. They will also help you with with your tours. The location was also good as you can walk from the hotel to the sun plaza and the market.

This is a very lovely hotel with a wonderful staff who goes above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one! I felt like I hit the jackpot staying at this hotel. My room was spotless and had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, and they even did my laundry for a very reasonable rate. The location of this hotel is perfect as well. They can book tours for you, and also they can help you book your bus tickets for onward journey. This was one of my best stays in Vietnam! Book your room at the Sapa Snow Hotel, you won't regret it!

Clean, large rooms. Basic but, good breakfast in the morning. The staff and the hotel owner were very kind and helpful. They gave us extra waters and towels. They even let us store our luggage for free overnight while trekking and offered us a shower when we returned to pick up our luggage. Convenient location in Sapa town. Would recommend.

Staff at this hotel were very professional and helpful. Harry, the manager, made arrangements for me to trek to villages and to visit Fansipan and even went aboveand beyond to help me with transportation amd other details. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and you can choose from 6 different meal sets. Room had all the amenities I needed. I liked how this hotel isn't in the noisy core of Sapa town, it's in a quiet side street but still very close to all the action.
