I really liked the service the receptionists who welcomed us and were attentive the whole time...
Friendly staff, quiet, comfortable bed, lovely garden area to have the included el tipico breakfast in the morning. The location is a short walk to plenty of restaurants and central parque. The windows are slat windows so if you are sensitive to noise bring ear plugs for people walking by to their room.
The included breakfast on the terrace is wonderful! The staff as well is very friendly and you cannot beat the ideal location to be in the heart of Antigua.
Beautiful patio and breakfast was delicious. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. Decor and furniture was beautiful. The jacuzzi tub was wonderful after a full day of activities. Staff was beyond amazing!!! Location was perfect. Quiet in the evenings for relaxing and winding down.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Estefania upon arrival assisted us with some of our problems and made sure that we could have breakfast a little earlier than their usual times. Great breakfast too! Nice garden where you can enjoy breakfast.
