the property was right on a biergarten and the main bridge. the staff were very accomidating to my non german speaking parents. perfect for americans
The location was perfect. We arrived at night and they had a little Christmas market right outside. I wish we had arrived earlier, because it was in the river and the view would have been amazing.
We had a snafu while checking out of the hotel prior to the staff arriving, and waiting for a taxi. I accidentally locked us out of the hotel lobby, with our luggage inside. When the staff did arrive, they couldn’t have been nicer. They offered us coffee while waited for the taxi and even came outside to check on us and the arrival of our taxi.
I would love to visit Regensburg again, earlier in the day and when it’s not raining. Will definitely stay here again.
