Staff was very accomodating when we arrived. Got there early and our room was ready and we were also able to get breakfast (wasn't free but we expected to pay). We needed to leave early the next morning so we got coffee to go and a pastry, Very friendly staff. Thanks.
We did eat there but when we arrived and ask a gentleman explained how to use the key and then helped us up to our very nice apartment with our luggage.
Great location, nice spacious apartment, comfortable beds, hot shower. Walk to everything. The Church of the Holy Ghost is so close, the bells are delightful. Great bakery & cafe - Cafe Gundel - close by, See photo..
Excellent location in a beautiful building. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great.
The owner Mr. Bernd was very polite and helpful, throughout the stay.
Location was 10/10 to roam around the old city, easy to get an Uber too. Noisy outside on weekends but the windows had good noise blocking.
Mattress was too soft but I personally don't like soft beds, I would not blame the hotel for this as I usually prefer hard mattresses.
Room was very spacious and bathroom was big. We did not use the kitchen but all the facilities were available. I personally felt the apartment was better than the photos!
