It's very convenient for family stay and accessible from city centre.
Great location. Very close to messe station and the cathedral. The flat had everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The location was ideal, in a quiet neighborhood extremely well connected by tram. The apartment is beautiful, with high ceilings, a private patio, a large bathroom with huge tub, and large windows. We lived in Cologne for a decade but haven't been back for 5 years, and we really enjoyed getting to know Deutz, beyond just attending events at the Lanxess Arena (a 10-minute walk btw). The flat is a 5-minute walk to the shopping street Deutzer Freiheit, to the Rhine river walk, and to two tram stops. There are tall trees that line the streets, and a playground 5 minutes away. We loved it.

Amazing! Close to the city, neighbourhood is good and not too loud eventhough the place is on the ground floor. All the facilities are complete and convenient. Very comfortable and complete.
