The staff were amazing, friendly helpful and nothing was a problem.
Lovely place to stay in Cologne. Spacious room, modern bathroom, excellent breakfast with allergy friendly options, and wonderful and professional staff, who really made an effort to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Good location close to UBahn in nice area. We also enjoyed the special themes and art etc. on the different floors of the hotel. We would be happy to stay here again.
We arrived in Cologne at the beginning of the worst heat wave in city history (it hit 102F on our last day there). The hotel room was a respite of brilliant air-conditioning when we weren't running around the city looking at Romanesque churches (there are 12 in Cologne!!). The room was large and had plenty of space for us to unpack our things. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was sumptuous. The location was slightly removed from the hubbub of the cathedral area, which we really appreciated. The staff was fantastic. I made a request, and it was immediately tended to. We would definitely return here.
When you have many days and cities ahead of you to explore, it is always just wonderful to lay your tired bones into a comfy bed with great pillows. We definitely enjoyed the high quality beds and pillows. We found the Lindner Hotel very clean with exceptional service. The morning buffet was truly beyond compare with wonderful coffees and a wide selection of food items. Thank you so much!
The location and breakfast was excellent. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Short walk to the train station and shopping district.
