Location is perfect, 5 mins from tram stop, 2 mins from Rewe supermarket, 2 mins from very good spanish restaurant, plus other local food options. The soundproofing in the apartment was excellent - there was some noise from the adjoining music studio but it was only during work hours, and virtually no noise from outside at all. We appreciated the bottles of cola in the fridge after our long journey too.
