The 3 L's. Location, location, location! We rested here for a few hours in the evening during our cruise, as we were in port for 17 hours and we had a long excursion during the day involving swimming and hiking around some of the other islands. We needed a place with a great caldera/Skaros rock sunset view but walking distance to the funicular [for return to the cruise ship] and restaurants/shops. We arrived just before sunset and did not stay overnight or have breakfast. We visited some shops and enjoyed dinner nearby. We did not have an issue people on the Oia path making noise even though we visited in July.

Location in quieter but convenient area. Views of caldera were amazing! Fabulous breakfast included every day and brought to the room. Good recommendations for tours and restaurants.
We had three rooms booked and we loved them all! The views were amazing, breakfast was plentiful and delivered right to our room, and the staff we encountered were friendly and pleasant. We would definitely stay again! This location was perfect - I only wish we could have stayed longer.
