Nice property and clean liked the private pool and staff was very nice and helpful

Everyone was very helpful, especially Suela that helped me to the max, very knowledgeable. Mevlan is also an outstanding person who helped us with fixing of a suitcase wheel .. the breakfast was delicious with a pretty good variety. The sun rise was amazing.

The location is excellent - it's within a few minutes walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much to ask - would highly recommend

From the moment we checked in and met Harris on reception the whole visit was like a dream. Not only is she super friendly and helpful and knowledgeable she really goes out of her way to make your trip the most it can be. All the staff were lovely and polite and housekeeping went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The room was spacious and clean and the plunge pool was the perfect remedy for the heat. We will definitely be returning to this property as it is in a perfect location. Yes you don’t get the sunset view but to be honest that was a blessing. Cross the road and take a maximum of 20 steps and you are on the Caldera side to appreciate the sunset without a hoard of tourists walking past your room.

The resort was beautiful and in a terrific location - a short beautiful walk into Fira. The staff was also wonderful and upgraded our room for the final two days of our stay. We will definitely stay again next time we visit!
